Refund policy

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee unless arrangements are made otherwise in advance. We do not refund shipping charges!!! Of course if you are returning an item for exchange because you are not happy with our product or because there is a defect in manufacturing and/or materials we will work with you to resolve the issue in every way we possible. Customer satisfaction is our first priority!
